Onafis is a French winetech scale-up developing a SaaS for real-time monitoring of fermentation, aging, and production processes for winemakers, brewers, and distillers. In this project, I designed a robust design system to unify the user experience and accelerate design and development cycles.

At Lonestone, thirty of us share three meeting rooms. Sometimes booked through our calendars, more often claimed by whoever gets there first. Not ideal at the best of times, even less so since around ten co-tenants joined our offices. In this experiment, I vibe-coded Rooomies, a simple, shared meeting room booking web app.

Redesign · Website · Industry Desoutter Tools Improve commercial performance and strengthen the brand positioning of the global leader in high-performance tools

Desoutter, world leader in industrial assembly tools, had a website nearly ten years old, disconnected from user expectations and current web standards. In this project, I led the entire user research phase and co-designed the new site over six months, from defining the strategic pillars to final QA.

Omnip is a startup connecting freelance beauty therapists with salons for last-minute replacements. In this project, I audited their application to identify what could block or discourage users, and proposed concrete, actionable improvements ahead of launch

Aésio is a mutual insurance group serving over 2.7 million members, operating around ten digital products across very different audiences: individuals, businesses, partners, internal advisors, and domain experts. In this project, I conducted a UX/UI audit of Aésio's products, designed a robust design system, and trained Aésio's teams on how to use it.

MVP · Browser extension · Business development Mom3nt Boost sales team efficiency with AI

Mom3nt is an AI-first SaaS platform built for sales teams. It connects CRM data, email exchanges, and external signals to automatically recommend the best nurturing action at the right time. In this project, I turned an ambitious AI product vision into a concrete, usable MVP to validate adoption with real sales teams.

Creation · Service · HR Ciblijob Walk in, speak, apply: a booth dedicated to employment

Ciblijob is a job orientation and employment access solution, deployed in immersive interactive booths designed for a wide range of users, including people with limited French proficiency, those with low digital literacy, or individuals in vulnerable situations. In this project, I designed inclusive, multilingual journeys and interfaces for use inside the booths.

UX Research · Mobile app · Tourism France Velo Tourisme Identify whether launching a B2C mobile app represents a real business opportunity

France Vélo Tourisme is a non-profit association backed by the French government to promote cycling tourism. In this project, I led an international user research phase and audited France Vélo Tourisme's digital ecosystem (15 websites) to help the association make strategic decisions about its next growth phase.

Creation · SaaS · Industry Mermoz Simplify the daily work of flying club managers and improve the pilot experience

In July 2021, I began my ULM pilot training and quickly noticed the gap between the technical sophistication of aviation and the outdated tools used day-to-day in aeroclubs. In early 2022, I launched the design of Mermoz solo — a SaaS for aircraft booking and schedule management for aeroclubs. Six months later, I presented the project to Lonestone, who agreed to support the development phase through their Startup Studio.

Les Mini Mondes is a Nantes-based company that introduces children to the world through educational magazines and eco-friendly toys, 100% made in France. In this project, I ran a one-week design sprint and designed the v1 of the Les Mini Mondes app, leveraging the existing community to make design decisions in real time.

Improvement · Mobile app · e-commerce Smala Drive repeat usage and grow Smala's business with a B2C mobile app

Smala is a resale platform for baby and children's clothing, sorted and certified in perfect condition. In this project, I conducted user interviews and designed the first version of a mobile app that simplifies and streamlines the experience of buying and selling second-hand children's clothes.

For a board game lover, finding other players and organizing a game night is surprisingly difficult. In this project, I led a user research phase to identify pain points, refine the functional scope, and co-designed the B2C app.

Employee disengagement is costly: in France, it represents an average of €12,600 per year per employee in the private sector. In this project, I led a user research phase and created Viglow, a web app giving every employee the motivation and tools to contribute to their organization's success.

Creation · Service · B2B La Poste Create a new revenue stream for La Poste by leveraging the company's infrastructure and territorial network

Against a backdrop of structural decline in mail volumes, La Poste sought to explore new uses for its delivery staff and capitalize on its unique territorial reach. In this project, I designed Midi-pile, a lunch delivery service for employees of startups and SMEs.

Since the first official health booklet in 1929 and the arrival of the Carte Vitale in 1998, our relationship with health data has barely evolved. In this project, I designed Rozo, a health service combining a connected device for daily health tracking and a web app enabling better collaboration between healthcare stakeholders.

Ariane is my graduation project, conducted independently over eighteen months as part of my Master's in Management and Innovation at the École de Design Nantes Atlantique. It grew out of my dissertation on language, which raised questions about communication with highly vulnerable populations.
